1 )这里只提供买卖物品平台，所有发布买卖者自负法律责任。

2 ) 所有买卖帖子必须符合我国及我校法律，凡刊登售卖翻版或不良物品买卖帖子一经发现立即删除，同时不经通知并立刻封锁帐号。

3 ) 用户应判断帖子内容之真实性与价钱，任何因买卖引起事项请自行与刊登者联络。

4 ) 所有帖子必须填满资料(个人名字，产品资料（书本的话请放书名，作者跟出版年份）,电话号码（如果要），物品照片,售卖价钱,保家期限等等（如有）, 而二手货品必需写下物品年龄。

5 )建议网友用PM或电话联络。并在货物出售后把帖子subject修改并告诉读者已出售。

6 ) 所有交易都以马币为单位。

7 ) 物品照片必须是自己的实物照片。

8 ) 付款给不认识的卖家来进行邮寄交易是不安全的, 警惕小心交易, 避免受骗。

9 ) 买卖版面严禁灌水/聊天，询问是可以的，.

10 ) 版规已经注明了所有买卖的条例， 任何涉及欺骗及内容不属实的买卖交易贴子都与chonghwa UTeM forum无关. 如果您发现任何主题有违规佳礼论坛买卖区版规或条约，请主动与管理员联络。

11 ) 本版仍属测试区，其他规则待增删修改。

never mind, got question can ask de, i think this section is for ppl who want to sold thier un-used furniture, or referrence books, they can post the picture here and state the price and also the way to contact, than ppl who interested can contact the seller. So the trade is done lo.. This is my opinion la, tatistat am i right?

for the seller should put the photo..
if for the buyer not necessary la..

act this is like a advertisement part...
for u all to have a place to trade ur item..

wat u want to put and not..

the things that i put is a guild line.. u can put more..
but the things u really dun have information just say n/a or not sure lo..

act this just a middle man but not earning anything... so u want to sell just put it in the 买家参观专区, if u want to sell just put it in 卖家参观专区。。

this topic will come out more topic like separate the category of item and etc...

so see how active is this topic and it will change according the needed of the topic la..
